Lubricating oils to SWWTP
This contract provides for the supply and delivery, inclusive of Value Added Tax, Customs Import Duty, Levy and other local taxes to the Water Services Corporation (WSC), as and when required of lubricating oils, Type A and Type B, as described in the attached specifications and Financial Bid Form. The same contract provides for the collection from the same treatment plant and safe disposal of spent oils at an authorized waste treatment facility. Supply shall be made in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract for the Supply of Goods and Material under a Running (Period) Contract insofar as these are not inconsistent with the specifications and special conditions.
